PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your goodies packed and on their way quickly!

SHIPPING COSTS:

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $9.95

Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $14.95

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

DELIVERY TIME:

Standard: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)

Express: 1–4 business days (depending on your location)

We ship via Australia Post with tracking on all orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

LOCAL PICKUP:

We offer local pickup from our Parkwood Pantry HQ (NSW, Australia). If you'd like to arrange a pickup, please contact us at buzz@parkwoodpantry.com.au to coordinate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
